Σε ειδικό διαμορφωμένο χώρο πλησίον της Μητροπολιτικής Κατοικίας στην Ερμούπολη, την 1η Αυγούστου ξεκίνησε η λειτουργία του Εργαστηρίου Δημιουργικής Απασχόλησης για παιδιά εργαζομένων οικογενειών. Με την μέριμνα των δασκάλων Πόπη Παγώνη και Βίκυ Κοτσοκώστα τα παιδιά πέρασαν όμορφες στιγμές κατά την πρώτη εβδομάδα λειτουργίας του Κέντρου.
